
FCC Announce Awards evening
The club's annual Awards Evening takes place on Friday 8th February at Redditch Golf Club (7pm arrival, meal from 7:30pm)and all members are welcome. A 3-course meal is provided (with tea/coffee/mints to follow) and the cost will be £20 per head. If you would like to join us, these are the menu choices:
Starters:
Tomato & Roast Pepper Soup
Oat Coated Brie with Mixed Leaves and Cumberland Sauce
Chicken Liver & Chorizo Pate with Melba Toast & Red Onion Chutney
Mains:
Pork Belly, Sage mash with a Cider Sauce and Fresh Seasonal Vegetables
Slow Roast Beef Brisket served with Roast Potatoes, Roasted Root Vegetables & Madeira Sauce
Roast Dinner, Choose from Beef, Chicken or Pork
Served with Roast Potatoes, all the trimmings and seasonal vegetables
Desserts:
Tart au Citron with Berry Cream
Chocolate Fudge Cake and Vanilla Ice Cream
Honeycomb Cheesecake
There will of course be a full bar.
This will be a popular event so please book early to ensure your place.
Finally, our clubhouse and bar are very likely to be closed for the evening.
